When i am out in cold weather or in a swimming pool i get blue lips and sumtimes go rather pale or so i have been told by people im with because i'v never had the chance to look in a mirror does anybody have any idea why this happens?

You definitely have a circulation deficiency of some form or another. It would be a good idea for you to have a cardiac work up to rule out any problems with your heart.
