I knew it was coming sooner or later. Saturday they made me work a long day and I suffered because of it and now today when I tried to leave another boss not my boss but a boss from a different department tried to say I could not leave that there was too much work left to be done. Human resources told me if I had any problems to let them know. That was when I first went back after my surgery. They said they wanted me to be comfortable. So I let her know today that I have limitations and was not willing to put myself at risk for another round on the operating table. I will hear tomorrow as to whether they will go along with my limitations. There are all kinds of shifts in that department out of the 30-40 people that work there. Some only have to work 5 hours a day permanently. They cannot say someone has to work more hours and then others don't. We'll see how it goes tomorrow. Wish me luck. I may or may not continue working there depending on how it is handled tomorrow on there end.
