Has anyone out there heard of a doctor that specifically does augmentation well? Has anyone had this done? If so, what does the doctor use for the aug? Are you happy with your results?

Hi, I am Asian in NYC , and also looking for a doc to do augmentation. Have consults with Tabbal and Choe next week. Have you had any consults with anyone?

I'm also Asian. No, I haven't had consults with anyone...just reading and researching right now. In NYC, I've heard Tabbal and Pastorek are good, but I'm concerned about a few things...
What do they typically implant (if anything)?
Will I still look Asian or will it be really obvious? (I can't seem to find any Asian patients that went to either of those doctors).

I am very freaked about the whole thing, and if it means I have to travel to get a good result, I think I would. It is my face after all.

Please let me know how your consults go and what you think of the doctors.

Both of you should look into dr. Thomas Romo if you do a search his website should come up, I heard he is great for ethnic noses and he specializes in the dorsal implant.
