Hi,
I suffer from an upper back problem that effects my neck, especially when I sleep. This has been lasting for 3 years!!!

I took an X ray of my back and the report stated the following:

There is loss of normal lordotic curvature in the lateral film. There is no decrease in the height of vertebral bodies. Intervertebral disc spaces are preserved. Bony mineralization is normal. Pre vertebral soft tissues show no abnormality.
Impression: Loss of normal lordotic curvature in the lateral film is probably due to muscle spasm or positioning. No other significant abnormality is identified.

This pain can become uncomfortable and I wish one of you could help me.
Thx!
