I am on ultracet and celebrex and it doesnt seem to be working,maybe slightly but still in pain, although i am dizzy with happiness and i guess thats better than nothing lol

I can't really say but maybe the meds are working the same it's just your pain level is up since you have been dealing with so much stress.

Know very little about ultracet buy my understanding is that celebrex is an anti inflam. Stress will increase your levels of pain. Stress tends to lead to muscle spasm and then to pain and so the cycle goes.
