Hello all,

i have been pretty sick for six months now docs trying to work it all out. what ever it is seems so be messing up my hormones too. My question is that when i first got sick in January i was given an ultra sound pelvic scan and abdominal scan and chest xray. i tshowed no abnormalities.

However i have recently seen an endocrinologist and he has just requested my doctor to give me a pelvic ultra sound to check my ovaries a abdomial scan to check my adrenalines as well as a chest xray. it has been six months since i had one however i don't think he was aware i had already had one. Is it worth having another check or is there some more detailed check i can request instead for these areas. Or is it worth having the same test again for a check up.

My white blood cell count neutrophils have been high in my last three blood tests but no one has looked into i geuss cause its not worryingly high.

If your white cells are up it sounds like your body is fighting an infection of some kind. If you still feel bad and you can't get any results I would get a second opinion. Most health insurance companies pay for them now.
