Hi, If someone drinks too much milk is it bad for them? I'm only asking because I drink around 6pints+ a day and People keep telling me its really bad...

If a person drinks too much milk they can become constipated, overweight, underweight, anemic.
Usually adults should drink 2 cups milk per day for their bones.
Drinking too much milk can reduce appetite and healthy foods will not be consumed. One cannot live on milk alone and get all nutrients we need. Babies thrive on milk up to a certain age, then need to eat foods.

...and if none of the above is happening to you -- there's no problem with drinking milk.
Drinking too much of ANYTHING can reduce a person's desire for solid food, too.
As long as you are eating well, do not have weight problems or digestive issues -- go ahead and drink your milk.
