i have been exsperiencing groin pain for a while now which intensefies when the bladder is full it is only on the left side when i am relaxed it is just a dull ache but when the bladder fills it is a constant sharp ache please help

In men it could be an inguinal hernia. Best to get it checked by a doctor for proper diagnosis.

It could also be a bladder infection. Its best to be checked out by your doctor!
