hi peeps.
i got diagnosed with gastritis about a year and a half ago.
the symptoms i had were as follows :

sore stomache
pain in the upper stomach
racing heart
a fist in the uppers tomach feeling
breathless- the feeling i was finding it hard to breath

these caused my ashma to play up, that in turn brought on panic attacks.
it was a VICIOUS CIRCLE..and im sure some here can beleive/relate to it

SO....
after finally getting a decent Dr, who seemed to care i had a VERY GOOD CHAT with the Dr and she made it clear to me what i had to do.

i did this :

stopped eating rubbish
cut out fizzy juice
stopped citrusy liquids
cut out anything spicey

drank more milk
eat better

LOW AND BEHOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE MY LIFE BACK !!!!!!!!!

i thought id share this with you all incase anyome else has the same thing

thats almost 14 days streight now since i had it real bad
i get the odd day where it is slight, but all i do is drink lots of milk, and it SEEMS to go !! (as well i take my anti-acid tabs)

i hope this can help at least one person, as i went thro HELL trying to solve this. it isnt gone, neither will it go..but i now know how to cope with it.
