look after yourself. I read a few of your posts - you're dangerously underweight. You're at the weight where people die. Hannie...it sounds like you've got people out there who care for you a lot.

remember them. Think how much this is screwng with your body.

I just dont feel underweight, I have that type of body where I guess I have a high matabolism and Im quite petite/small anyways, so I dunno, I havent had all the symptoms that a person with an ED would have. SO I dunno,.

Hannie remember you don't have to feel underweight to be underweight - Part of the allure of ED is that it convinces us that we look OK or we are not skinny enough when in fact we are walking skeletons. You don't have to have all the symptoms to end up dead or near death, it only takes one MALNUTRITION to affect how your whole body functions. be careful....

hmmmmm, yeh I know what you mean about how you dont have to feel underweight to be underweight, its just hard to say to myself that I could be underweight and really skinny when I dont see it. Does that make anysence? Its like telling someone overweight that there underweight, because obviously they would look in the mirror and say 'what? im not underweight' it feels the same with me but Im not overweight. I dunno if this is making anysence at all lol. Dunno really what Im trying to explain.
My mum is on my case AGAIN, saying that im not eating enough in the day, when really she doesnt know because she is at work. I dont know.
When this all started I was just curious of the average weight for a girl of 15-16. Then I started weighing myself alot, then exercising alot - now its wierd how its come to be so confusing when I thought I would always be able to control this.
