Do I have to go to my family Dr. first and tell them of my ED. Or can I just go straight to a therpyst(sp). Or does it depend on the health in.?

you don't have to go to a medical doctor - your therapist when you find one may recommend a check up and/or a nutritionist. if you really like your family doc and trust them they may be able to refer you to a good "shrink"
