I lost over 130lbs serveral yrs ago. i went from 325lbs and a 46in waist down to a 34 waist. anyway, after having kep all the weight off over 5 years i discovered that the skin under my belly button would never go away.
yesterday i had a "medium tuck" and they also moved around my belly button to get skin from around there removed.
i was in so much pain last night they ordered me a shot of demoral.
my question is could anyone who has had this PLEASE tell me how long i will be in pain like this? its hurts very much to get up and go to the bathroom and back to bed.
i know men are more of whimps when it comes to pain but this is the worst pain i've ever had
Thanks for reading.

Hi,
Congrats on your weight loss and tt! I just had a mini tt on Oct. 1st. with a little work done on the muscles above my belly button also. Hang in there, it does get better. Last night I slept thruough the whole night for the first time!! I found that I had more pain from gas than anything else. I took gas-x and it helped a lot. I think you will find that when you get your drains out you will feel much better. When are they taking them out? They took mine out 2 days after surgery. I am down to only needing tylenol once or twice a day now. By the 3rd day you should be feeling human again. I have had 4 kids with no pain meds so maybe I was more prepared for this kind of pain, but the body is an amazing thing and you will heal, try to keep a positive attitude!!!!! Take care and update us on your progress!!!
