Can anyone recommend a doctor with a great reputation to do a mini lower or mini mid facelift under local anesthetic with oral sedation?. I prefer close to Philadelphia but will travel for the right doctor. The doctor must also be open to using IV sedation. Also, I have "white coat hypertension" and wonder what a cosmetic surgeon would do about this. Thanks for any answers. Sherry
