Does anyone know how effective a steroid injection is on a keloid. I would prefer someone who has had the injection respond to this, so they can properly explain it to me. I also want to know if the injection was the best way to go about treating this keloid.

You should try silicone sheeting before doing shots. I have read that silicone sheeting is very effective in helping keloids.

There are silicine sheeting right in the drugstore...I just bought Curad because a friend of mine swore by them.You should try it...
