i was running bare foot on my cement pattio and i got a piercing pain in my heel and fell, it is a small but sharp pebble in my heel and the skin has formed over it. it doesnt hurt when i walk on it and i put soap on it. should i leave it in or visit my doctor. i dont really want to dig it out if it doesnt need to be.

I would go visit your doctor to see what he says, but if it doesn't hurt or bother you at all, I don't see why they would have to take it out.
