Hey

I'm 20 and when going through puberty my left breast developed much quicker than my right one. now my left breast is about a DD-E cup and the other is around a C, the only good bit is that they are the same shape, so in most tops it is unnoticable. But when feeling them, wearing a very figure hugging top, or bending over in front of the mirror, it is SO obvious. I have never had a bra that fits properly, and am quite limited in the swimwear, and have never had a relationship as i can't bear the thought of a guy finding out.
I desperately want my left breast reduced to the size of my right one, do you think this would be the simplest way of doing it? Would I still be able to breast feed? How much do you think it would cost? Do i have any chance of NHS treatment? Has anyone out there gone through the same thing?
Would love some advice
cheers xxx

i would recommend making an appt with a plastic surgeon. it is quite normal that one breast is a bit larger than the other. have you talked to a doctor about this? a reduction will not interfere with breast feeding. i've had a lift done, and that surgery is very similar to a reduction, as far as where the insisons are and the scarring. if this bother's you that much, get an opinion from a dr. but i would make a few consoltations with different doctor's before deciding which one is best for you. good luck!

I have the same prob as you, except my left breast is a full c and my right breast is around a b. i went to a PS and he said that the easiest way to fix it would be to reduce the larger breast. insurance wouldn't cover it, so i think i'm going to have to wait until tax returns, so maybe i'l get around to surgery next april (wish me luck!) i have never heard of NHS treatment. I know that there are a lot of girls out there with your problems, some have it worse off than you do. I am uncomfortable about my breasts also, no one has ever commented on it before though. I think it is natural......but no one should be ashamed of considering having it corected if it bothers them. Do some research and see what seems right to you. Good luck with everything you do!

hi.
I have the same problem...it totally SUCKS!! I'm currently wearing one of those foam things on the right side of my bra which makes me appear normal to others, however it really was getting to me so that last week I actually ordered greenbush breast enhancement herbs and am going to try that. I will let you know if that has any affect on me!! I don't know how much the breast reduction would cost. Do any of you guys know?

[You can get a scarless breast reduction which is done through liposuction. It costs less than traditional breast reduction and leaves no scars. I had it done in the summer and I am very happy with the results.
