View Full Version : Do you burn when you twitch?

My question envolves muscle fatigue/tension with anxiety. I get the twitches like many of you, both when relaxing, and after I've stressed a muscle group. VERY unnerving ... I also seem to be more easily fatigued than I ever used to be. Go figure ...

Anyhow, I'm curious if you get the deep burning too, the kind one gets when a muscle is overtaxed? And what do you do to deal with it?

Thanks for responding.

Thought I'd reply to me since no one else has so far. ;)

Gee, I feel exactly the same when I twitch a lot or my muscles are tired. So your not alone.

I don't know about the burning part, but I have noticed this past week (filled with a lot of anxiety, by the way) that I have started to twitch. My extremities are shaky and they'll occasionally move on their own, like I'm being thrust forward a fraction of an inch. It's really annoying- I pity those with Tourette's even more...
