Hi everyone,

Just have a quick request. I think a lot of are anxious (chuckle) about possible withdrawals from anti-anxiety meds (esp. anti depressants), not knowing what the effects are, even if you taper off correctly. Can we start a thread that, whenever somebody gets off a drug, they post on it how long they tapered off whatever drug, and what the withdrawal effects were for how long after for that person? Maybe also put how long you were on the drug and at what dose? Obviously everyone is different, but we can probably start to see trends that could help people who are looking for answers for drugs. It could be a great long reference page to have on this site. (Maybe even title it "Withdrawal Reference" so it's easy to search for).
