I play guitar in a band, and ive been on stage many many times. However, every single time im on stage im extremely nervous, my hands shake uncontrollably, and in turn my performance is effected. I feel as though im having a panic attack right there on stage. This still happens to me even though ive played in front of large crowds many times. I thought it would go away after a while, but it hasnt. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.
