Is it true that physical changes start to appear while being on birthcontrol pills or depo after your body adapts to hormone change? About how long do you have to be on birthcontrol to experience physical, emotional, and other changes in the body, such as bone loss density, etc. I'd like to know what everone here has gone through.
Thanks.

Some will suffer no side effects at all.

As far as when these changes might occur, at any time. Some women experience bloating, irritability, etc within the first couple of pills. Other women find a more gradual increase in appetite and weight gain.

Bone density loss is typically only associated with Depo Provera. It's recommended not to use Depo for more than 2 years.
