Has anyone had an MRI that read "small white matter changes with demyelination"? That is what mine said and I don't see a neurologist until August 4. My GP said that is sounds like MS and is sending me to the specialist. When I asked her what else it could be besides MS she said she didn't know, perhaps a mistake by the radiologist. What do you think? Is this a chance?

Tiarah, MRI is only once piece of a larger puzzle in the process of diagnosing MS. It is possible to have lesions and not MS. It is also possible to have MS and no lesions! The specialist is a very good next step, they will likely do more tests.
Hang in there, at least your appointment isn't months away, try to avoid getting stressed out about it!
