The title basically decribes my problem, I'm so young yet i'm losing my hair i guess, leaving me with an embarrasing and noticable to others widows peak. The thinning hair/lost hair is on the sides of my head. Any ideas? Thoughts? tips? ANYTHING plz...

PS: Social anxiety, and depression is taking effect becuz i've just been stressing so much over it becuz its been present since age 14.

I remember my cousin had a receding hairline as well at an early age as well right around 14 when he was in the 9th grade. He too got embarrassed and caved in. There was nothing he can do so heshaved his head and has had it shaved for over 16 year.

I'm not sure if you want to go that route though but my cousin is happy.
