On my birthcontrol pack it says to store it at 77 degrees Farenhiet. Sometimes I leave it my purse, which I leave locked in my car while I'm at work. And I know that lately the tempature has been over 90 degrees with the heat index in the 100's. Could this make my pills less effective?

Yes, excessive heat could cause the drug to degrade.

Thanks. I'm going to start leaving at home.
