Hello my hubby had testicular cancer and basically the only signs he had were pain with ejaculation and definitely intercourse. He states his felt like a marble on the inside of his right testicle... WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT HAVE A VASECTOMY if you do it will open that area up and you can have cancer throughout your whole body... We were lucky that is when they found my husbands tumor... By the way you can still have kids and it does not look any different the only one to know is you and him and whoever you tell... NOONE WILL KNOW OTHERWISE Like us women when we lose a breast it is noticeable.... Since you are having this episode do not take for granted to check yourself daily in the shower............. also in my research men can get breast cancer check those too .... Hope this helps ......... Oh yes and do not fear you can still have an erection and the sex drive is still as high and you can still have kids YES THIS IS ALL WITH ONE TESTICLE... If indeed you have it it is a day in day out procedure...... I thought hubby was going to die and I wish I had a place and good honest people who could have helped me during my trying time such as this health board but I didnt and now I look back and HE IS A SURVIVOR Any questions please ask?
