Hi

Just a quick question. Does drinking beer (or other alcoholic beverages) give you diarrhea/soft stools or make you feel dehydrated/thirsty the following day -or- make you sweat at night?. Does drinking disrupt your sleep at all?. I have noticed that drinking beer (ie; a 6-pack) during the day gives me the sweats at night and soft stools/dehydration the next day. Not sure if this is normal for someone like me who suffers from anxiety/panic.

Yes, alcohol is known to dehydrate you. Thats why most people get hangovers even when they didn't drink so much. Its just the effects of dehydration. When you drink make sure you drink alot of water with it to counteract it. And they next day drink something with lots of vitamins like gatorade or V8 to replenish you quickly.
