Hi, I'm 24 and I've been having some strange symptoms in the past 4 months. They started with my back burning intensely, and have progressed to my butt burning and this insane pressure in what feels like either my right side or inside my butt. I can't sit for too long without it feeling numb and hurting. Anyway, my first symptoms of concernt were urinary symptoms like burning when I pee at the tip of my penis and my testicles and groin hurting, but now I have bowel symptoms like pellet stools, straining to release them, always feel like there is 1 more left or something that won't come out, feel like there is something in there afterwards like some skin or something trying to come out. Also, immediately when I squeeze to have a bowel movement, I always feel this pressure like it's making me try to pee. Sometimes, prostate fluid comes out too I noticed. Here are the tests I've had:

Complete Blood Count and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Multiple routine urine tests
Multiple DREs and a prostate fluid culture.
CT of Kidneys and Ureters
Abdominal Ultrasound
IVP
Testicular Ultrasound
Lumbar Spine X-ray

All those came back normal. The urologist said maybe a prostate issue but antibiotics I took were Levaquin and Doxycycline and those didn't do anything.

Trying to figure out what my next move should be. My regular doctor thinks it's some type of injury. I don't recall any injuries. I'm thinking maybe a colonoscopy just for fun, but not sure what else. My theory is it's either my bladder, prostate, or intestines.

What do you guys think?

Definitely a colonoscopy couldn't hurt....just to rule out intestinal problems.
