Hey! its been forever since i posted on these boards. Neways, i am now 5'2 105-106 lbs :) yay me...if u knew my history im a recovery bulimic and when i started posting on these boards i was like 80. Boo. neways, i told u i bought those workout tapes be4? with yoga, pilates, bootcamp, bala blaa....well i wuit using them for a while cuz i was at the lake with my friend for 2 weeks and my sisters came home so i didnt really want to have them "watching" me workout. our house is small...lol. neways, i certainly dont want to lose nemore weight, i would like to add muscle. i want a curvier bod. u kno...ill try to get my butt and boobs back without burning alot of fat...i like the curves look, i really do! so i was thinkin, if i hold back on these tapes till next week (august 1st) i should restart the tapes because by then i would have enuf fat to burn and then more of a chance gaining muscle and not loosing it. and ill do the tapes everyday or every 2 days or something until school starts, then itll be like 4 times a week cuz i have vball and dance and whatnot..

does this sound okay?

Sounds fine. Just keep eating enough to accommodate the exercise so you don't lose too much, or any weight. Then you'll just end up ith better muscle tone. And BIG congratulations on your progress. i'm glad you're doing well. :D

If you really want to gain muscle, start weight training. Workout tapes are more geared towards losing fat.
