What is the best type of crunch? Could you articulate how it is done please?

Thank you

bicycle crunches are very effective. lie on your back, knees bent, hands by ears. lift one shoulder accross to point at the opposite knee whilst bringing in that knee towards your chest. the other leg should point outwards. then point the bent leg straight, and move your other shoulder accross to the other knee. i hope that make sense haha.

I find that another ab exercise that really gets your muscles toned is: laying on your back, hands under your buttocks, and raise your feet 6-12", and holding them there for a minute. On that you can also rotate your hips left and right and this works the obliques. Or hands under the buttocks, legs straight up as you can put them and dropping them, and catching them before they hit the floor. Do these along with some basic crunches and you should be fine.
