I know that the most difficult and last place that men generally lose fat is in their midsection or belly. But what is the most difficult place for a female to lose fat? Would it be the thighs or hips? I ask for my girlfriend.

definitely thighs for me!!! it's an endless battle! no matter how much i jog or do lunges the fat doesn't want to let go. so i surrendered to them...and have accepted them.

love handles for me, they wont go away! My legs and butt are great, but I just hate my side rolls... hopefully with my new running routine and healthier eating they will go away, we'll see!

I think its different for everyone......for me my legs are very thin, but is small, the last to go on me is the lower abdominal area, that might have to do with having kids.

Yes i think it is definetly different for everyone...me it is sooooo the thighs and butt and well anything below the waist. That's just how my body is made..now i have a friend with tiny little legs yet her stomach holds on to fat. No matter how much fat i lose my legs will always be fatter then the rest of me...oh well.

For me it's my HIPS!
My legs and abs are fine but I can see my hips getting larger if I've gained a few pounds!
