I ReALLY DO THOUGH. I got on the pill on July 7th so 20 days ago, gotten my first yeast infection, throwin up, my body just doesn't {removed} feel right. but I've been spotting for a couple of days now. It's like... a brown/reddish weird slimy discharge. I know how {removed} gross that sounds, and I know how gross it is, but it's the truth. It sometimes has an odor but it sometimes doesn't. Like today, there isn't any odor at all. I'm on ORTHO LO and I was SUPPOSED to start on a Sunday but he just said start that day SO I did, and I was JUST getting off my period that day, so I'm not sure if this is just... my period or something. I have one pill left and then the gazebos... I dont know. I'm just confused. Not really scared. Is this my body just getting used to the pill and my periods regulating. USUALLY, I would have started by now, cuz mine are SO messed up, but now that I'm on the pill... it's changin it. I don't know. I'm rambling... Just help me please! Is this normal for my body to do this?... Because spotting between periods and brown discharge with odor is NOT good.

Your body is getting used to the pill. Nausea and spotting are common when starting any birth control, as are yeast infections. All of these side effects should go away after a few full cucles.

Your periods might be irregular while using the pill at first. Ideally, you should get your period a few days into the placebo (not gazebo) tablets. Since it's your first cycle, you may get no period at all, and that's ok.

Wish I could help you, but I have been on the pill for twenty years! I will be 40 in October, ahhh! For over the years, I had a lot of symptoms everyday I feel was terrible, but I just kept going and going to be strong and control of my angry, emotional, mood swings, spotting in different times, breast tenderness--OHHHH, :bouncing: that's driving me nuts! Even I can't ride my two horses in dressage. I had to wear tight, strong cup bra to hold it there as possible. :bouncing: A month ago, I feel getting worse everytime I take the pill and I feel more nausea, dizziness (lightheaded), more tired, you name it. I hate it. So I stopped taking them and I feel soooo much better, big difference!! It's like I got my old self back like I should be. Last week I called the clinic to let them know that I stopped taking them, but the gyn told me to try a different methods, lower dose which is Levlite. I'm still confused and scared of taking them again. I don't know what to do, either.

Wish I could give you more information that you need to know, however, if you feel something not right, contact your gyn and tell them how you feel. be sure that you write it down on your daily notebook about your symptoms. It might helps for you to figure that out.

Good luck!

I have had spotting many times in the past, which means I guess it's common/normal, but talk to your gyn about it and see what she has to say. Keep in trakc of yoour taking them daily, if you miss one day, that's possible give you spotting temporary?

:)
