I did some weight-lifting to tone my triceps, biceps and such. I only used ten pound weights, one set of 15 reps for each exercise, and the inside of my elbows hurt. Is that normal and if so, why? If not, what am I doing wrong?

hey. umm ill tell you i had the same problem when i first started lifting weights. the pain for me happened when i moved from 10lbs to 15lbs. i never figured out what triggered the pain but it went away after a few days. may be the same case for you. idk...
