Has anyone been using this drug for spastic colon/IBS? I had previously taken Levsin and it seemed to work ok, but the doc switched me to this after seeing how my colon shook during the colonscopy.
Only problem is I had a bout of this on Saturday (11 bathroom trips in 6 hours) that this medicine did absolutely NOTHING to control.
Advice/Info needed please.

Pamine Forte di NOTHING for me either. I was also on Bentyl which worked for a couple of days then quit. I began seeing a different GI and he prescribed Klonopin, an anti-anxiety and anti-seizure medication. That has been working for me really well to control my spasms.
