Has anyone tried those services that deliver balanced and healthy meals to your home or office, depending on your diet needs? I know that the Zone offers this kind of service, and MenuDirect also offers it for people with diabetes, swallowing problems, etc. I'm curious to know who has tried any diet that can be delivered to you and how it's worked out for you. Let me know. :)

When do you learn what and how to eat on your own? Will you be getting this food delivered for the rest of your life?
I think the smarter way to go is to learn to prepare healthy food on your own. If time is an issue - you'll have to figure out a way around it.
