I have enjoyed reading everyone's positive posts. I have been looking for a diet and excercise plan that will help me lose ten pounds. I need motivation. My husband is a weight lifter and it seems like he skips to the gym every evening. Me on the other hand, I start dreading it an hour before I go. I need better eating habits as well. My husband has an enormous metabolism and can eat and eat. I can't do that. I am going to sit down tonight and plan my meals for tomorrow(and stick to them) and I am going to lift weights and do cardio. I am going to take this one day at a time.
