I HAVE BEEN READING THREADS ABOUT THIS 3 DAY DIET AND WOULD LIKE TO TRY IT, BUT I'M NOT SURE WHAT IT IS YOUR SUPPOST TO EAT AND WHEN. cAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THIS PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME THE MEAL PLAN. I AM TRIING TO LOSE 40 POUNDS(AFTER GAINING 70 POUNDS DURING PREGNANCY) AND REALLY WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THIS A TRY SINCE NOTHING ELSE SEEMS TO WORK.

Hi eliza i am currently on the three day diet the three day diet the only two things you can have to drink are only water and diet soda the diet composes of:
Day 1:
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefrut, 1 tbsp of peanut butter on one piece of toast
Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna in water, one piece of toast
Dinner: 3 oz of lean meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of carrots, 1 apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 toast, and 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna and 8 regular saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 beef franks, 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 oz of cheedar cheese, 5 regular saltine crackers, and 1 medium apple
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, and 1 toast
Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of melon, and 1/2 of vanilla ice cream
I started on day 1 at 293 pounds i am currently on my fourth time of the three day diet and i am now at 265. this diet show you how to eat healthier portions and learn to make healthier eating decisions.
Day 1:
