Amazing!!! It's so amazing that people don't see the logic in losing weight and being healthy! I'm amazed at how much money people spend on trying to find a quick weight-loss plan! (If one really worked, wouldn't we all be walking around with perfect bodies!?)
Geez, I don't mean to sound condesending, but after reading all of the posts asking for quick ways to lose weight - I can only stop and think - "Are people really that dumb?"
I just want to scream at people who will spend all sorts of money on dangerous chemicals and put themselves through carzy diet plans only to get no results.
How can people think that they can lose weight by finding a magic pill and continue to eat all of the junk food and crap that they do!!!????
Wake up people!
I lost 50lbs. changing my eating habits and exercising. It only took me about 6-8 months. AND (here's the kicker!) It's been 6 years since I lost the weight and have been able to keep it off. I fluctuate between 5 - 10 lbs depending on the season and the holidays, but I don't worry about it because with exercise and a healthy diet, it comes right off!
