Support is more effective in numbers. That is true in most all aspects of life, and our members here are very aware of this. We understand technology and all ... but numbers is the name of the game in this endeavor.

Right on!
And beginning the exact same topic anew every so often will keep the topic alive, quick to download, and easy for new-comers to access!
You're doing a great job!

uuugghhh! I'm stuck and maybe someone can help me. I gained some weight over the last 2 years. I now weigh 125. I have 28% body fat (yuck!) I want to decrease my body fat and build solid muscle.

My routine consists of jogging for 20 minutes 5-6 days a week. I then do a weight lifting routine for upper/lower (1 per day - upper on Mon. Lower on Tues and so on..) for 6 days a week.
I do ab exercises every day for a few minutes. I like to do about 40 reps up/low and obliques.

I think that my problem lies in my diet. Should I follow the food pyramid or should I cut down on carbs and up the protein?

I eat: egg whites, turkey sausage and 1 piece of toast for breakfast. I have vegtables, yogurt, fruit and salad for lunch. Dinner usually consists of Cheerios with fat free milk.

I do like sweets, though. I wind up having a piece or two of chocolate every day. I know that I should stop that, but being the holidays, it's so hard!!

Any and all suggestions welcome.
