Has anyone ever tried Biostac? I just read about it and i was wondering if it works or not. it says it drastically reduces weight and is 100% natural so there are no side affects and it is safe. I was wondering if it worked and also since it is all natural how old do you have to be to take it? I am 15, if i were to take it, would it do anything to me? Any advise or comments at all would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

You are quite young to start on diet pills. Try changing your eating habits. It might be hard to stay away from those junk foods you probably eat on a daily basis, like me when I was your age. I stayed a bit over weight until recently when I changed my eating habits. Do you drink 8 glasses of water daily? This can get you started, if one thing you change right now. Then filter out all that junk, and snacks, and start eating those veggies more often. Give up dessert every meal. Don't eat right before you go to bed either. It is quite hard at a young age to do so, but try, and see the results. But you have to atleast do it constantly for 2 months. It took me 2 months to see good results, and I'm keeping mine off this time.

Hi Agent,

NATURAL DOES NOT MEAN SAFE! A drug is a drug, doesn't matter if it is natural or chemical, it is still a drug, and your young body doesn't need it!

Starmartyr is 100% right in the given advice. Especially about your being too young for diet pills (not that there is ANY good age to take them!).

The ONLY way for you to successfully control your weight, now and forever, is with GOOD eating habits. Diet pills interfere with alot of things, and without getting too detailed, they are dangerous for a growing body to mess around with.
