Maybe you can try to be rational. The girl may have looked horrible, indeed, but how does that mean she was evil? Sometimes, a lot of good people get in car accidents and end up disfigured. Second, even if she was an evil person, how can she kill you if she probably lives hundreds of miles away and doesnt even know you're alive?

Yeah,maybe it's just a scary thought that you can't get out of your head. Keep telling your parents about it and if it doesn't go away eventually try to go to the doctor cause maybe you're just nervous and that could be cause of something else in your life that's really bothering you. But you're really young and things will probably turn out just fine. Keep your head up. :)

I agree with CuriousLearner. If you're not having any other grotesque images that you "can't get out of your head," I really wouldn't worry.
