Okay folks; I need some healthy foods in my diet; yorgut is a no because it's so acidy and I ate it way too much for awhile; I know I need to gain a couple of pounds(yeah I said gain), but I want to do it healthy and not quickly for I am just getting over an eating disorder; I eat fatty foods at work and that just doesn't cut it; so if someone could give me some ideas(besides chicken for I eat it all the time) I would appreciate it.
Thanks.

Hi Cutenbrat,

For starters, and to make it REALLY easy, any food-grade plant thing raw is a healthy food. Challenge yourself to try 1 new fruit & 1 new vegie each week. 99& of these can be eaten raw, either out of hand or juiced or both.
Add RAW nuts and seeds, too. Most are better (higher protein) if soaked overnight in water, or even slightly sprouted.
And don't forget about beans! There are tons of variety, each different from the last, and all provide excellent protein & fiber, and more.
There are oodles of 'new' OLD grains becomming available. Things like quinoa (keen-wa), amaranth and others.
Experiment! Food should be fun and make you feel vital! PLEASE play with your food!
