I have been put on blood pressure medication recently due to heavy stress. I have lost over 40 pounds on my own with eating right and exercising. But I have come to a stand still and need to get this last 15-20 pounds off. I know this is my bodys way of adjusting to the weight loss but I REALLY want the rest of this weight off. Is there anything totally natural and safe that I can take even though I am on blood pressure medication? I am only 27 and I don't think I will be on this medication for very long. I'm just really scared to take something while being on it. Any information would be highly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hi Kathalynn,
Congrats on your success so far. Why not stick with your routine of eating right and exercise? Sounds like you're doing great! Although, I know you're probably very anxious to reach your goal.
I am a distributor for NaturalTrim-. It is all natural and very effective for weight loss for many people, even people with health issues.
If you decide to take a diet supplement, get a list of ingredients for your doctor to take a look at. She/He can advise you if it is ok to take with your medication. Best of luck to you. Don't give up! =)

Thanks for the advice Lil. I guess I will keep doing what I've been doing all along. I mean it's worked so far so what do I have to lose but the weight. LOL I'm just very anxious to get the last of it off. Thanks again.

if u have high blood pressure and use a product like naturaltrim (which contains ephedra) u will be at higher risk for bad side effects,

if u are looking for a diet pill that doesnt mess with your blood pressure, look into xencical or something like that
