Hi there, I have never actually done weight watchers, but I have a friend who has done it for years. She loves it, and she always loses weight. Weight Watchers has been regarded as one of the best programs to be on as far as permanent weight loss goes, from what I've read. She likes it because she can buy her own food instead of having to pay out the you know what for their food. If you stay on it consistently, it will work for you. I do not know where to go on the net to get the points, have you done a search?

I also LOVE Weight Watchers. It has helped me lost 64.6# and it has changed my life. There are many websites which give pt values for various foods. I guess I would search WW recipes or WW point values for foods. You can do it yourself online but for me, I enjoy the support I get at the meetings.
