I am a 5' 3" tall 22 yr. old female. My current weight is 167 lbs. I have a medium build, but would still like to lose about 42 pounds.
Saturday (July 30) will be one week of Phase 1 on the South Beach Diet.
I like to eat breakfast, but not when I'm in a hurry and I have nursing school every morning at 8:15 am. I'm usually in a hurry in the morning and was just wondering what everyone thought about incorporating those Revitalize shakes into the South Beach Diet for breakfast only.
I just ordered the 5 pack free sample with the free shaker to start. Also, how's the taste?
Does anyone have any successes they would like to share on any particular diet? I love to hear them! I've tried Weight Watchers and it makes it too hard to eat with my husband and classmates.
