Hi all,
I was wondering: I want to find out in which minerals/nutrients I am defficient, and what (if any) food allergies I might have, and how to create a balanced diet. Is a nutritionist the right person to go see? Thanks http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/redface.gif)

Hi,
As a nutritionist, I would have to say yes to that question.

nutritionist can have a hair analysis done to determine your mineral levels, software to determine your nutrient balance, painless testing to determine your allergies, and help you establish a personal food plan to balance your systems.
Good luck,

Ahhh.....thank you Copper, this answers my question that I asked you on another thread. I have to agree with you, willy nilly popping vitamins is a stupid thing to do and you can accidentally do major damage to yourself by over ingesting the wrong vitamins/supplements. A visit to a nutritionist is definitely worthwhile!

Keep posting Copper, you've been a tremendous help to me!!
