For those here exercising to lose weight, how long has it taken you to actually physically see results? I can feel that I am losing weight, although I'm guessing not where I want to because I don't see any results in my stomach area or the rest of my upper body, and I do a routine that works those areas more.

I've heard that people loose weight from top to bottom? Like first in your face then down to your chest and arms then mid-section and rear on down? Not sure where I found that and can't find the link :/
