Can creatine make you feel bloated? Do your muscles look puffy, when taking this? Can you put on alot of weight? While gaining muscle, can you also put fat on too? Yes, i have alot of questions. I am thinking about taking creatine....i took it a long time ago, and it made me feel bloated.

You do put on weight but not in the form of fat. Creatine helps muscles increase in size, by way of more water. Side effects vary, for me I started creatine and quit it for varynig reasons including unexplained headaches, muscle spasms, stomach pains etc. Be careful, many find creatineworks wonders but others find it detrimental due to advers side effects.
About the puffy look, it helped me achieve results when i used it, my muscles were definately alot bigger and firmer. When I quit it i did notice a reduction in muscle size, this was not due to less muscle as such, just less water stored in them...it didnt affect my strength or how much i could lift in the slightest.
Some find it helpful, others be cautious as you have to continue it for a while as when you stop, muscles will not be able to absorb as much water thus leading to reduced muscle size

loading creatine is usually the cause of problems. but we know that 3-5 grams a day is more than enough and this amount usually reduces any such problems.
there are ppl who've had bad reactions to it and in those cases the best thing to do is just stop and dont take it, as what little mud did. different things affect different ppl in different ways. although creatine use is generally safe and problems associated with it are rare, if you're one of those its no fun and no use to have to suffer with it.
try it if you're interested. but stop if something comes up or you dont get the results you desire from it.
