Hello,

I have been taking 2 doses of citricul. One before sleep and 1 upon wakening.

It seems to be helping in the A.M. because I have been going to the bathroom. The problem is a get bloated the rest of the day.

Should I take a 3rd dose? Can I take 2 doses at night.
