I was wondering if anyone has tried this diet and did it work? I'm seriously thinking about trying it. The only bad thing is you can't have any solid foods and that basically sucks! I bought the book about it and they claim that it's safe and it really works. I've lost 40 lbs by myself through dieting and exercising, but it seems like I've been stuck at my current weight for a while now. I need to drop 15-20 more lbs. Thanks all.

I would just like to say that while I understand your desire to lose weight, going on liquid diets is rarely a good solution (only for the truly obese whose health is in danger). You have to eventually rejoin the world of solid food, and the weight will come back at that point. I know, it's depressing, isn't it? But I would seriously just look into learning about nutrition and preparing balanced, low-fat meals with both a protein and a carbohydrate, eat fairly often (i eat 6 times a day and have a very low body fat percentage because of this), and exercise. This will give you so much energy, and it'll be hard to fall off the wagon, because you'll be feeling so good from eating right and exercising.
