Does taking BCP or patch increase breast size in any way with the surge of progestogen or estreogen?

Hi

I don't think there is a direct link between birth control and breast size increase. I think if there was there would be less people getting pregnant :p.

Although there MIGHT be an increase in breast size, it would only be temporary. That is a good question that would be great to research :).

it's the estrogen in the pills that make your breasts bigger. My breasts got bigger and have never gone down. but, everybody's different.

I usually go from barely an A to an A. Seems like the bigger you are to start with the greater the chance the size will increase noticeably.

Yes some women experience breast increase usually it goes down. It depends on when you start taking the pill and on your age. If you start it as a teenager you will never know if the breast increase is from the pill, or from your own personal growth.
A lot of women gain weight on the pill, and weight gain often results in a larger chest.
You shouldnt go on the pill just because you think it might make your breasts bigger (im not saying thats what you're doing, but just incase you were thinking about it)

I went from a 34 D to a 34 DD when i switched from my low dose pills to ortho tri-cyclen, now having switched to Ovcon-35 I think my breasts are still the same size, maybe a little bigger, however they don't ache as like they did on ortho tri-cyclen.
