Since April I've been having bad pain in my last wisdom tooth on the right hand side. I went to see my dentist and he said my wisdom tooth is impacted. I had 2 option. The 1st was to take the molar out and let the wisdom tooth grow into the place of the molar or to leave the molar, take antibiotics, use lots of mouthwash and hope it stops. I went with hoping it will stop. So I went back to the dentist last month for him to check it. At the time it was feeling OK. So I decided not to have it out. My dentist gave me some stuff to put on my gums. I have another appointment for some time this month.

For the last week I've been feeling really ill on and off. On Wednesday night I was awake all night with toothache and feeling really ill. On Friday my face was seriously hurting. And today it's getting worse and worse. I'm hot, feeling sick, I don't want to eat. My tooth is hurting really badly. My throat on the one side hurts and feels like there's fruid down there but I know it's not. All the side of my face hurts. All my neck down to my shoulder hurts and I have really bad pain in my head like there's something pulling. My nose feels like it's blocked and it's going to run. I'm feeling completely miserable. I'm worried that if I get my tooth out, the wisdom tooth won't grow into the place of the molar or the wisdom tooth is going to be in the same state as the molar.

So I don't know what to do. I'm in so much pain I was going to go to casualty today. Should I go to the dentist in the morning and get the tooth out? And why is my whole face hurting?

Any advice would be appreciated because I'm feeling really ill and miserable :(

No, there's no one to call. I live in a small village and my dentists surgery is completely closed all weekend :(

Sorry to hear about your situation. I would call your dentist ASAP when the office re-opens again after the weekend to make an appointment. It is the best thing you can do. Good luck, I hope you start feeling well again soon. :)
